PREMIUM PURCHASE TERMS

MediaboxMC Premium Upgrade

Effective Date: March 21, 2026 Version: 1.0

1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The MediaboxMC Premium upgrade unlocks all features of the application, including but not limited to:

  • All current and future Premium-exclusive features within the purchased major version
  • Complete removal of all advertisements
  • [LIST SPECIFIC PREMIUM FEATURES HERE BEFORE RELEASE]

The Premium upgrade is a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to all features within the purchased major version (e.g., version 1.x).

Beta Users

During the beta/pre-release phase, all features are available for free. Upon the first stable release (version 1.0), the app will transition to the Free + Premium model. Beta usage does not grant automatic access to Premium features after the transition. A separate purchase will be required.

2. PRICING

  • The price of the Premium upgrade is displayed in the App and/or on the purchase platform (Microsoft Store or website) at the time of purchase.
  • All prices shown to EU consumers include applicable VAT.
  • Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price change does not affect purchases already completed.

3. PURCHASE CHANNELS

3.1 Microsoft Store

  • Payment is processed by Microsoft in accordance with the Microsoft Store Terms of Sale.
  • Microsoft handles billing, payment processing, and applicable taxes.
  • Refund requests for Store purchases are handled by Microsoft per their refund policy.

3.2 Website (mediaboxmc.com)

  • Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider.
  • Upon successful payment, you will receive a license key or activation code.
  • Payment provider's terms and privacy policy apply to the payment transaction.
  • A receipt/invoice will be sent to the email address provided during purchase.

4. DELIVERY

The Premium upgrade is delivered digitally and activated immediately upon successful payment:

  • Microsoft Store: Automatically activated on the device where the purchase was made. Available on all devices signed in with the same Microsoft account (if applicable).
  • Website: Activated by entering the license key in Settings > Premium within the App.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005).

5.1 Exception for Digital Content

By clicking "Purchase" / "Buy Now" and expressly consenting, you:

  1. Request that the digital content is made available to you immediately
  2. Acknowledge that by doing so, you waive your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been fully delivered/activated

This consent is requested before completing the purchase.

5.2 How to Exercise Withdrawal

If the digital content has NOT been activated/delivered, you may withdraw by:

  • Microsoft Store: Using the Microsoft Store refund process
  • Website: Contacting us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase

6. REFUND POLICY

6.1 Microsoft Store Purchases

Refund requests are handled by Microsoft. Please refer to Microsoft's refund policy: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/returning-items-you-bought-from-microsoft-for-exchange-or-refund

6.2 Website Purchases

  • Within 14 days of purchase and before activation: full refund to original payment method
  • After activation with withdrawal waiver consent: refund at our discretion
  • Refund requests: contact [email protected]
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days

6.3 No Refund Situations

  • The Premium upgrade functions as described
  • You changed your mind after activation (with withdrawal waiver consent given)
  • Technical issues unrelated to the Premium upgrade itself

7. FUTURE UPDATES

  • The Premium upgrade includes all updates within the purchased major version (e.g., 1.x)
  • Future major version upgrades (e.g., 2.0) may require a separate purchase
  • We will provide reasonable advance notice if a major version transition is planned
  • Existing Premium features will not be removed in updates

  • Price: As displayed at time of purchase (VAT included for EU)
  • Payment: Via Microsoft Store or website payment provider
  • Delivery: Immediate digital delivery upon payment
  • Withdrawal: 14 days, with digital content exception as described above
  • Duration: Lifetime (within purchased major version)
  • Compatibility: Windows 10 version 1903 or later, Windows 11

9. APPLICABLE LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. EU consumers retain all mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of their country of residence.

By completing the purchase, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
